Shipping policy
1. General Information
We ship all orders from Austria (European Union).
Shipping availability may vary depending on the product and destination.
All available shipping options are displayed at checkout.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- European Union countries,
- Switzerland,
- Norway,
- United Kingdom,
- Iceland,
- Liechtenstein,
- Africa (selected countries),
- Asia (selected countries),
- Oceania (selected countries),
- South America (selected countries).
Please note that shipping availability depends on the product. Not all products are available in all destinations. Any restrictions are clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 12 PM (CET) on business days are usually processed the same day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier and customs processing.
- EU: 2–5 business days
- Switzerland: 2–3 business days
- Norway: 3–6 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–6 business days
- Iceland: 7-14 business days
- Liechtenstein: 3-7 business days
- International destinations: 7–21 business days
Customs clearance, public holidays or unforeseen events may cause delays beyond our control.
5. Shipping Costs
EU & Switzerland: Free standard shipping
United Kingdom & all other available destinations: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipment weight.
Any applicable customs duties, taxes or handling fees are not included in shipping costs.
6. Customs, Taxes & Import Duties
Orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place).
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes (such as VAT, GST or similar) and handling fees may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
The amount of such charges is determined by the local customs authorities of the destination country and is beyond our control.
7. Region‑Specific Information

United Kingdom:
For orders with a value above GBP 135, import VAT and duties are charged upon delivery and must be paid by the recipient. -
South America:
Some countries require the recipient to provide a local identification number for customs clearance. The shipping carrier may contact the recipient directly if this information is required. -
Africa:
Customs procedures and import charges vary by country. A valid local phone number is required for customs processing and delivery. -
Norway:
Maximum order value per shipment: 3,000 NOK / 255 EUR (including shipping).
For orders exceeding this value, please place separate orders to avoid additional charges or delivery delays.
8. Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
9. Failed Deliveries & Returns
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, failure to provide required customs information, or failure to pay import charges, the customer is responsible for any return shipping and potential reshipping costs.
10. Damaged or Incomplete Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us immediately at support@way-watersports.com, including your order number and photos if applicable.
