Refund policy

1. Scope of Application


The following right of withdrawal applies exclusively to consumers within the European Union in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws, in particular the Austrian Distance and Off‑Premises Contracts Act (FAGG). Consumers outside the European Union do not have a statutory right of withdrawal unless such a right is required by mandatory local law.


2. Withdrawal Period


If you are a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, acquire physical possession of the goods.


If multiple goods are ordered and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day the last item is received. If the goods are delivered in several parts or pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the day the final part is received.


3. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by email. You may contact us at support@way-watersports.com.


You may use the model withdrawal form provided in our Terms and Conditions, but this is not mandatory.


4. Return of Goods


If you withdraw from the contract, you must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you notified us of the withdrawal.


Returns are handled via our external fulfillment partner. To initiate a return, customers must use our return portal at:

The portal provides the relevant return instructions and return address.


The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods are defective or were delivered incorrectly.


5. Refunds


Upon withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the date on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.


We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until proof of return has been provided, whichever occurs first.


Refunds will be made using the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.


Any additional costs arising from a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered will not be refunded.


6. Condition of Returned Goods


You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.


Returned items should, where possible, be returned in their original packaging and include all accessories supplied.


7. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal


The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:
- goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
- goods which are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed


8. Non‑EU Customers


For customers outside the European Union, we offer a voluntary return policy. You may request a return within fourteen (14) days of delivery.


To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging where possible.


Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties, import taxes, or fees associated with the return shipment. Original shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.


We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all international returns. We aim to make international returns as simple as possible.


This voluntary return policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under local laws.
